个人简况

  女,吉林延边人,博士,中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员,博士生导师,区域水循环及地表过程重点实验室副主任。湖南大学环境工程学士、硕士,加拿大里贾纳大学环境系统工程博士。2006年获加拿大国家自然科学基金委(NSERC)博士生奖,2009年获国家优秀自费留学生奖,2012年入选国家特殊人才支持计划(万人计划)青年拔尖人才,2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2014年获国家优秀青年基金资助,同年获北京市第七批优秀青年人才荣誉称号,20166月作为有突出贡献优秀人才入选国家十二五科技创新成就展(人才展区)。作为项目负责人或课题骨干,参与并完成了10余项国际国内重大科研课题,发表学术论文100多篇(其中SCI论文80余篇),学术成果被国内外相关学者引用800余次,H因子为19,授权国家发明专利30余项,现任国际水文科学协会IAHS-Panta Rhei中国工作委员会委员。 

研究领域 

  水土资源管理、环境系统分析、全球变化及应对等 

主要学术成就 

  1)地表地下水资源联合调控模式提出并证明了半无限水资源系统优化方法用于信息不完备条件下的地表地下联合调水问题,处理调水过程中水文参数的瞬态变化和交互特征;提出并证明了基于粗糙区间集参数的水资源系统优化方法用于农业生态调水问题,解决了调水过程中的信息不完备性问题;提出了水质水量联合调水过程中的资源与环境均等化计算公式,解决了调水过程中的资源与环境质量公平性分配等问题。 

  2)水系统风险分析与可靠性评估:提出基于物质流和能量流的污染风险-健康风险-生态风险综合评价模型,考虑不同环境标准和受体类型,对我国多个受胁迫水体进行综合风险评估,并进行风险水平的多维多视角动态表征;量化流域脆弱性、可恢复性、可靠性(VRR),揭示水系统VRR时空分布特征、VRR各因子间的互动响应,以及VRR与变化环境间的协同机制,确定关键因子可能诱发系统功能突变的阈值和等级。 

  3)全球变化与水土资源优化配置:运用区域气候模式和分布式水文模型对我国多个代表性流域进行全球变化影响研究,探讨气候和土地利用方式的改变对流域及周边水土资源系统的主要影响及其响应机制;分析不同温室气体减排条件下的环境系统全局敏感性特征与气候变化应对策略;研究人类活动扰动对流域水土资源系统的影响,科学解译三峡、南水北调、洞庭湖疏浚等水利工程对湖泊和流域水系统的生态环境效应。
